Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary point of contact within the e-Commerce platform. (LAZADA / SHOPEE / ONLINE STORE)
  • Running day-to-day operations as coordinator between relevant internal department and merchandiser of E-commerce platform
  • Operate company's ecommerce channel
  • Manager product information Management and optimize webpage contents.
  • Make sure all images/feature materials be ready for new launching.
  • According to promotion plan to optimize online store “display” delivery.
  • Check if agency update product information/ image, etc. on time.
  • Sales analyze and control.
  • Check sell record and daily stock, helps replenishment.
  • Help manager contribute weekly/Monthly sales report.
  • Promotion budget control and ROI management
  • Other jobs inwhich management assigns.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or related degree is essential.
  • At least 1 years’ working experience in E- Commerce, or E-Commerce Agency capacity.
  • Specific knowledge of the online store and / or e-Commerce.
  • Knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing and familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential.
  • A logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment. Well organized project management approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to influence, manage stakeholders and take on needs across the business.

 

Position : E-commerce Manager 
Qualifications:
  • Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing or related degree is essential.
  • At least 3 years’ working experience in E- Commerce, or E-Commerce Agency capacity.
  • Specific knowledge of the online store and / or e-Commerce.
  • Knowledge of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing and familiarity with best practices and web-based marketing is essential.
  • Initiate strategy to uplife sales, reach target , and increase conversion rate
  • A logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment. Well organized project management approach.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in Thai and English.
  • Ability to influence, manage stakeholders and take on needs across the business.           
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a commercial strategy and plan across E-Commerce Marketplace (Lazada, Shopee), on social media.
  • Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance E-Commerce Marketplace.
  • Support day-to-day operation in content creation, supply chain management, and promotion management and business analytics.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, graphic designer, content team, customer service team, etc.) or 3rd. party service partners to ensure deliverables in timely manner.
  • Act as primary point of contact within the e-commerce organization for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement and E-Commerce initiatives.
  • Oversee sales performance, online marketing performance, campaign performance and operational excellence.
  • Ensure reports and conduct performance reviews with agency and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
